This is a heavy, metal Tibetan singing bowl. It has spiritual patterns etched onto the outside walls, and also on the outside bottom of the bowl.

On the inside of the bowl, the bottom has raised spiritual designs and symbols. It is very pretty. Most importantly, the bowl has a good, rich sound. A striker is included with the bowl.

This bowl is 7 inches in diameter at its top rim, and it is actually an inch or so wider than that where it curves out on its sides. We also have this same type of bowl in the sizes of 5 and 6 inches.
